What we collect
When you register for an event, buy a ticket or contact us, we collect the details you give us: name, email address, company, role and, if you choose to join the run WhatsApp group, your mobile number.
Why we use it

Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run events and communications, under appropriate agreements.

Joining the Move Now Run WhatsApp group is optional. Members of the group can see your phone number. You can leave at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Email kingsley@movenow.fi. You may also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
